Shipping from United States
All Orders within the United States are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking information. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. If you need something for a deadline, let us know and we will try our absolute best to get it to you by that date. We have excelled in getting items to customers to save the day, be it late birthday present, Burning Man, a festival, concert etc etc etc.
Should you be the 1 out of over 10,000+ happy customers that doesn't receive your item on time, remember that we are only human, and also that the post office workers are only human.

International Shipping:
We use DHL express. Delivery times are usually very fast, but vary depending on the country.
Before you receive the item, you will receive an email or text message with info regarding the customs/duties that are owed. This is your responsibility to pay these fees. Paying immediately will ensure a fast delivery.
Please note that Customs fees, VAT, taxes and duties vary widely depending on the country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
We only offer exchanges or store credit, there can be no visible wear on any of the leather or hardware and all of the original components need to be included.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
All Returns must be made within 14 days from when the item was received.
Once we have received the item back in the mail, and have inspected it, we will issue you a credit for the item minus shipping and let you know.
Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
