this is seriously gorgeous, ohmygod. these folks make the best jewelry. (i'm skinny, so it totally fit, but, just, i recommend you be know your wrist size) and customer service again: they told me they had to make it anew, and that i'd have to wait a few weeks. totally worth the wait. i cannot recommend this store enough.
