Tara Freelander x Jungle Tribe Collab Custom Leather Mask: '11/11

A one of a kind custom mask collaboration between Jungle Tribe and Tara Freelander. In the photo you will see the blank Jungle Tribe Leather Mask that the artist customized. This is the result.

From the Designer: I used my own interests and aesthetic as inspiration for this piece. After sketching out my idea for the mask I told my husband I was going to paint it with regular acrylic, luckily he told me that there was such a thing as leather paint. Even though I spent several painstaking hours holding my breath while hunched over the mask painting each delicate detail, I had a blast doing it. I love challenging myself with new projects and now I know about the wonders of leather paint. I started with a coat of Angelus’ Flat White acrylic leather paint, followed by 4 layers of Angelus’ Parisian Pink which glows under a black light. Finishing touches were with Angelus’ Black, because I’m a perfectionist.
