I'm very pleased with this ring. It has heft and doesn't feel flimsy or cheap. The spikes are sharp and perfect for a sensory stim and anxiety relief. The only thing I would note is that the spikes are sort of floating above the darker center, more like a spike bridge between the two border edges. I poked around with it a lot and it doesn't feel like there's any possibility of the spikes popping off or anything but you'd want to be careful with things like lotion and gunk getting under there.
