Order received within 10 days of ordering it - from US to Australia! Had requested a longer strap length (Christmas present - very tall), and there's plenty of length. Ordered 2 bottles too - just in case one goes missing. The leather of the water-bottle holder is super soft. Stitching seems good quality. Zip is easy. All in all, a lovely item that I'm excited to give as a special present. Wouldn't mind one myself! Perhaps when AUD-USD exchange rates improve. A great product. An awesome present. Interactions were nice too - polite and professional. Especially since I asked questions at my timezone - which was about 2am their local time. And received an answer shortly after. That's going above and beyond. Wow!
