Purses were mailed in a poly bag and package was damaged in transit and one bag was missing. This is after the bags were purchased and were sold "in stock" but I did not received package until a month later. Seller said to get refund from Etsy, Etsy strings along for over 30 days. Now 1 am out $300. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the FTC.
