only issue is that the piece that adjusts on the shoulder strap, which is meant to be padding to go on your shoulder, doesn't fit over the hardware on the strap, so when you lengthen the strap to wear as crossbody, the shoulder padding is pushed all the way to one side instead of being where it needs to be, in the middle of the strap to cushion your shoulder. Other than that, the leather is nice, the patches are cool & it looks like the pics.
