I had asked on Monday if they had the necklace in stock, they replied quickly that they did. I had asked if it was possible for them to get it to me before Friday and they said absolutely. I realized Tuesday evening I had not completed purchase, just had the necklace in my cart. I paid for it Tuesday night and I literally received it on Thursday. Rust really bent over backwards to help me out even when I messed up the purchasing process. I have been buying Jungle Tribe leather clothing for many, many years and every single piece I have acquired is still a fully functioning excellent part of my wardrobe. I highly highly recommend their products.
