I only contacted seller with product questions before purchase. Delivery was quick and product as advertised. Seems good leather, well constructed, sizing as expected, seamless lining, smooth and won’t suck the moisture from my hair. Decent size hood for the big hair girl. Looks shinier under the camera light though. Haven’t worn it out yet. But fall is upon us so soon. If anything additional to report after further investigation will update. So far though I’m happy

Got this hood in a medium but needed a small - this was due to a mix up in communication/lack of clarification on a size request on my part mostly, but this shop has been awesome at responding to questions/issues/shipping requests/etc! Quality was great and shipping was so fast, but size was off. Seller was very responsive and communicative about processing a return and getting me the right size. I went ahead and purchased again and returned the other for a refund so I could guarantee I’d get the hood in time for a trip, but they were so fast with the responses I could have likely just waited and done an exchange. Got the correct size in time and will post a pic on the review for that one. Stellar customer support though!
